The pilot
BuyMate is an invite-only pilot run by Safe & Clean Services Pty Ltd (ABN 89 675 474 647). Features may change, and we may pause the service. It is free during the pilot.
Your account
You sign in with your own mobile number. Keep your phone secure, and don't share sign-in codes. Tell us at [support email] if your number changes or your phone is lost.
Sending a referral
Only send a referral when the customer has agreed to their details being shared with that business for that job, and only share the details they agreed to. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
Receiving a referral
Use a customer's details only to respond to that job, keep them confidential, and stop using them if the customer withdraws permission or the referral is withdrawn.
No guarantees or payments
A referral is an introduction, not a guarantee of work. BuyMate does not pay or charge referral fees or commissions, and is not a party to any job between you and a customer.
Fair use
Don't use BuyMate to send unwanted messages, impersonate others or collect people's information. We may suspend accounts that do.
